蚜虫侵染对西瓜幼苗生理生化指标的影响Effect of aphid invasion on physiological and biochemical indexes in watermelon seedling stage

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探究西瓜抗蚜机制。【方法】以抗蚜种质‘砧木4号’、‘KY-2’和感蚜种质‘中10海抗’、‘148’为试验材料,通过比较分析蚜虫侵染后不同抗蚜性西瓜幼苗叶片脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量及防御酶(PAL、POD、CAT和SOD)活性的变化,探讨西瓜幼苗生理生化指标与抗蚜性的关系。【结果】在蚜虫侵染后,4种西瓜材料的脯氨酸、MDA含量和防御酶活性较对照均有升高,可溶性总糖含量与对照相比显著降低,可溶性蛋白质含量除‘148’外其他3个材料较对照均下降。接种蚜虫后,抗蚜材料脯氨酸含量及PAL、POD、CAT和SOD活性均显著高于感蚜材料,可溶性总糖含量显著低于感蚜材料;而‘中10海抗’MDA含量显著高于‘砧木4号’、‘KY-2’;‘KY-2’可溶性蛋白质含量显著低于感蚜材料。【结论】蚜虫侵染后不同抗性西瓜材料之间脯氨酸、MDA、可溶性总糖含量及PAL、POD、CAT和SOD活性变化与其幼苗抗蚜性紧密相关,可作为西瓜抗蚜性评价的生理生化指标。
