蓝莓灰霉病菌差异性比较及蓝莓品种抗病性鉴定Differentiation of Botrytis cinerea Pers. on blueberry and susceptibility of various blueberry cultivars

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】区分蓝莓灰霉病菌菌群形态差异、致病力差异,评价北方蓝莓主栽品种对该病的抗感差异。【方法】依据相同条件下菌落产孢产菌核特点进行菌群区分,离体、活体接种进行致病力测定,采用活体接种对14个北方地区主流品种进行抗病性评价。【结果】供试蓝莓灰霉病菌分为3个菌群,I型菌易产孢无菌核,II型菌不易产孢产菌核,III型菌易产菌核,菌核上产孢;各菌群代表菌株均有致病性,但存在差异;14个蓝莓品种对强致病菌株JLCC002表现出抗感差异。【结论】蓝莓灰霉病菌存在形态差异,供试菌株共分为3群;供试菌JLCC002对蓝莓茎、叶均有强致病力,以此作为靶标的抗病性试验中品种‘奥尼尔’、‘天赐4号’相对抗病,品种‘达柔’,‘爱国者’相对感病。
