水杨酸和轮纹病菌对梨叶片电阻抗参数的影响Influences of salicylic acid and inoculation with Physalosproa piricola on electrical impedance spectroscopy parameters in pear leaves

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】为了探讨电阻抗参数是否能够监测梨叶片受胁迫程度,【方法】以鸭梨(Pyrus bretschneideri‘Yali’)为试材,0.2 mmol·L-1水杨酸诱导后接种轮纹病菌,研究梨叶片电阻抗参数及与膜脂过氧化相关的生理参数的变化。【结果】结果表明,水杨酸处理后叶片的胞外电阻率增大,接种轮纹病菌叶片的胞外电阻率、胞内电阻率和弛豫时间分布系数减小,而弛豫时间增大。水杨酸诱导后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增强,丙二醛(MDA)和超越阴离子(O.2)含量降低。对电阻抗参数与生理参数的相关性分析表明,接种病菌叶片的胞内电阻率变化与MDA含量显著正相关,水杨酸诱导后叶片的胞内电阻率、胞外电阻率的变化与O.2含量显著正相关,而弛豫时间则均与叶片中O.2含量为显著负相关。【结论】电阻抗参数能够反映梨叶片细胞内的变化,可以作为监测梨叶片受胁迫程度的物理指标。
