高温胁迫与外源油菜素内酯对‘巨峰’葡萄叶片光合生理和果实品质的影响Effects of heat stress and exogenous brassinolide on photosynthesis of leaves and berry quality of‘Kyoho'grapevine

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探讨高温胁迫和外源油菜素内酯对鲜食葡萄光合和果实品质的影响。【方法】以3 a(年)生盆栽‘巨峰’葡萄为试材,连续高温胁迫20 d并喷施外源油菜素内酯(BR),测定葡萄叶片光合速率、叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素含量及果实品质指标的变化。【结果】高温处理3 d即可显著降低叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素含量、PSII实际光化学效率(ΦPSII)和光化学猝灭系数(q P),而初始荧光(Fo)显著高于对照。连续高温处理6 d,PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)开始下降。高温胁迫显著降低了果实的单粒质量、可滴定酸含量和果皮花色苷含量。高温处理20 d后,喷施BR的处理分别比未喷施处理的光合最大速率Amax、Fv/Fm、ΦPSII、q P和叶绿素含量均有提高,果皮花色苷含量为未喷施BR处理组的2.1倍。【结论】连续的高温胁迫会降低PSII反应中心活性,阻碍PSII的正常功能,抑制葡萄叶片的光合作用,影响果实品质。喷施外源BR可以有效缓解高温对葡萄叶片的光合伤害并促进果实着色。
