花期和幼果期‘燕山早丰’板栗不同组织或器官矿质元素含量的变化Changes on the content of mineral elements in different tissues or organs of Chinese chestnut 'Yanshanzaofeng' during flowering and young fruit period

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探明板栗矿质元素在不同组织或器官中的分配规律。【方法】以板栗‘燕山早丰’(Castanea mollissima‘Yanshanzaofeng’)为试材,研究了板栗花期和幼果期主要矿质元素(N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn、Fe、B)在结果枝不同组织或器官中的含量。【结果】花期N、P、K、和B元素在板栗雌花序中含量最多,Fe、Mn、Mg元素在叶片中含量最多,Ca元素分配在枝条中居多,Cu和Mg元素的含量在雌花序和雄花序中的含量无显著差异。幼果期N、P、Ca和Cu元素在板栗子房中的含量最多,B、Fe、Mn在叶片中的含量最高,而Mg则主要分布在枝条中,K含量在子房和刺苞中相差不大。同时,叶片中除N、K含量与花期相比分别降低了94.01%和33.91%,其余元素与花期相比均有所提高,P、Ca、B、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu元素的含量分别提高了37.43%、76.22%、25.99%、19.73%、33.68%、18.89%和66.21%。【结论】依据板栗花期和幼果期各组织或器官对矿质元素的需求,应在花期适当追施N、P、K、B和Cu肥,在幼果期补施Ca肥,以利于板栗后续的生长发育需求。
