透湿性反光膜覆盖对椪柑果实品质的影响Effects of vapor-permeable reflective film mulch on fruit quality of Ponkan tangerine

摘要(Abstract):
以椪柑为试材,研究了透湿性反光膜、银灰色反光膜对椪柑果实色泽、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量和糖含量的影响,并测定了不同反光膜对离地不同高度反射光强度与反射率的影响。结果表明,果园覆盖透湿性反光膜显著提高了树冠中下部的光照,离地80~140 cm光照强度为银灰色反光膜的1.8~2倍、不覆盖对照的5.2~6倍。透湿性反光膜覆盖后促进果实着色、提高果实光亮度,表现为果实a*值显著提高。透湿性反光膜覆盖后还显著提高果实可溶性固形物含量,比对照提高1.1~1.2百分点、比银灰色反光膜提高0.5~0.7百分点;但对可滴定酸含量的影响不明显。透湿性膜应用也提高了椪柑果实葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖含量,特别是对蔗糖含量提高十分显著,效果优于银色反光膜。
