木质素合成途径及其调控梨褐皮性状研究进展Advances in studies on lignin synthesis pathway and its regulation of pear brown peel characteristic

摘要(Abstract):
木质素(lignin)是植物次生细胞壁加厚形成的天然有机化合物,在维持植物细胞壁结构的完整性、加强植物机械支持和防御植物病原体方面发挥着关键的作用。梨果皮色泽作为评价果实商品价值的重要指标,木质素的积累与梨褐色果皮形成密切相关。笔者综述了有关木质素合成途径调控梨褐皮性状的研究进展,指出了木质素合成途径调控褐皮梨形成机制中存在的主要问题,提出了今后的主攻方向。
