桃矮生树茎导管分子特征的研究Characteristics of vessel element in stem of dwarf peach tree

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探讨桃树的矮生机制。【方法】以乔生桃品种‘华玉’(Prunus persica‘Huayu’)、‘迎霜’(P.persica‘Yingshuang’)和‘朝晖’桃(P.persica‘Zhaohui’)为对照,采用组织离析、显微照相与生物计量统计法,检测了矮生树7-44(P.persica‘7-44’)、‘寿星’(P.persica‘Shouxing’)和‘矮丽蜜’桃(P.persica‘Ailimi’)茎导管分子的形态和大小。【结果】矮生桃树导管分子侧壁次生增厚和木质化的方式、纹孔式、穿孔板类型、有尾情况、端壁倾斜情况与乔生桃树基本一致,但矮生桃树导管分子长度与直径均比乔生桃树小。【结论】小导管性可能是桃树矮生表现的重要的细胞学原因。
