桃果实糖、酸QTL定位和候选基因分析研究进展Progress on mapping QTLs and analyzing candidate genes for sugar and acid content in peach

摘要(Abstract):
果实糖、酸含量及其比例是评价桃果实品质的重要指标。主要综述桃果实糖、酸代谢关键酶和糖、酸QTLs的定位和候选基因研究进展。桃果实糖、酸代谢基本途径关键酶有蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖酸性转移酶、山梨醇氧化酶、山梨醇脱氢酶、NADP+-苹果酸酶、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶、柠檬酸合酶、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶等;通过遗传连锁图谱构建和连锁分析已定位到多个糖、酸组分QTLs,绝大多数位于第1、3、4、5、6、8连锁群;通过关键酶编码基因与QTLs共座位方法,分离到一系列候选基因。结合桃基因组测序数据,总结调控桃果实糖、酸性状的可能候选基因。针对目前桃糖、酸基因定位研究中存在的问题,展望实现桃果实糖、酸基因定位和单个基因克隆的新方法。
