肥水耦合对西瓜生长、产量和品质的影响Effect of water and fertilizer coupling on growth,yield and quality of watermelon

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】为探明不同肥水耦合方式在西瓜上的应用效果。【方法】以西瓜‘黑帝’为试材,测定分析了不同肥水耦合条件下西瓜光合特性、硝酸还原酶、过氧化物酶及产量和品质。【结果】在总灌水量和施肥量相同的条件下,不同测定时期硝酸还原酶和过氧化物酶活性随灌水次数的变化而不同,伸蔓期其活性随灌水次数的减少先上升后下降,灌水2次的处理达到最高,膨瓜期其活性随灌水次数的减少逐渐上升;随灌水次数的减少,西瓜叶片的光合速率、水分利用率和产量呈先上后下的趋势,处理T3达到最高值,且显著高于其他处理。各个处理间可溶性固形物和维生素C含量差异不显著。【结论】处理T3的肥水耦合方式可起到以水调肥的协同作用,具有一定的应用价值。
