不同氮、钾肥施用量对甜瓜产量和营养品质的影响Effects of different nitrogen and potassium fertilizing quantities on the yield and nutritional quality of melon(Cucumis melo L.)

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探讨氮、钾肥施用量对甜瓜产量和营养品质的影响,为大棚甜瓜栽培合理施肥提供依据。【方法】试验设重氮重钾(N2K2)、重氮轻钾(N2K1)、轻氮重钾(N1K2)、轻氮轻钾(N1K1)、中氮中钾(NK)5个处理。【结果】NK处理甜瓜纵径、横径、单瓜质量、产量均最高,且单瓜质量和产量显著高于其他处理(p<0.05),平均分别增加21.6%和22.1%;NK处理的中心、边部可溶性固形物含量、固酸比、可溶性蛋白含量、维生素C含量均呈较高水平,分别较其他处理平均显著增加9.09%、14.3%和32.9%、12.4%、16.4%(p<0.05);甜瓜可滴定酸含量随氮、钾素供应量的增加呈先降低后增加的趋势,N2K1处理可滴定酸含量最高,N2K2次之,NK处理最低。【结论】在连栋棚加地膜覆盖高产优质栽培条件下,氮、钾施肥量分别为200、300 kg?hm-2较为适宜,有利于提高甜瓜产量,同时可兼顾营养品质,提高经济效益。
