猕猴桃园土壤养分与果实品质的多元分析Multivariate analysis between boil nutrients and fruit qualities in kiwifruit orchard

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探讨猕猴桃果园土壤养分、pH与果实品质的关系,为指导果园科学施肥提供参考。【方法】对奉新县15个‘金魁’猕猴桃园的土壤养分与果实品质数据进行调查,采用SAS软件进行多元统计分析,筛选出影响果实品质的主要土壤营养因子。【结果】结果表明,土壤有机质除与有效锰外均呈正相关,不同土壤营养因子与果实品质之间存在着不同大小的相关系数;典型相关分析表明,单果质量与土壤有机质、速效氮、有效硼均呈正相关;果实硬度与土壤有机质、速效钾、有效钙呈正相关,与土壤速效氮、pH呈负相关;果实可溶性固形物与土壤有机质、有效钙呈正相关,与土壤有效镁、有效硼呈负相关;可溶性糖与土壤有机质、有效钙呈正相关,与土壤有效镁、有效锰呈负相关;果实可滴定酸主要受土壤有机质、速效氮、速效磷、pH的影响,其中与土壤有机质呈负相关。【结论】增加土壤有机质的含量可以提高各项果实品质指标。在土壤管理中,应根据果实品质的需肥特性制定科学合理的施肥方案。
