基于cpSSR分子标记的香蕉种质资源分类The classification of Musa species using chloroplast SSR primers

摘要(Abstract):
应用cpSSR分子标记来研究香蕉种质资源分类,用筛选到的16对多态性引物对42份香蕉材料进行扩增,共检测出86个多态性条带,每对引物产生的多态性条带为2~8,平均为5.5,多态信息含量为0.188 9~0.780 5。在相似系数为0.76时,供试的42份香蕉材料分成3大类群:类群Ⅰ为M.acuminata的全部亚种和供试的所有栽培蕉品种;类群Ⅱ为供试的全部M.balbisiana材料;类群Ⅲ为除了M.acuminata和M.balbisiana外其他全部供试的野生蕉材料。结果表明基于cpSSR分子标记的香蕉种质资源的分类在种间具有较好的区分能力,但是cpSSR分类表现出较大的地理分布的相关性,而与形态特征关系不密切。
