福建葡萄炭疽病病原鉴定及致病性分析Pathogen identification and pathogenicity analysis of grape ripe rot in Fujian

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】了解引起福建省葡萄主产区炭疽病的病原种类、致病力情况及其寄主范围。【方法】利用形态学和分子生物学相结合的方法对葡萄炭疽病病源菌株进行分离纯化及鉴定。【结果】从供试的18个病株中分离得到了2种菌落形态不同的炭疽菌菌株,其分生孢子均为单胞,无色,多数为圆筒形、棒状或椭圆形,附着胞为深褐色,多数为球形或近球形。供试的葡萄炭疽菌菌株用胶孢炭疽菌特异性引物Cg Int/ITS4均可从其基因组DNA中扩增出大小约500 bp的特异性条带。寄主范围测定结果表明,该菌同时侵染苹果、杧果、油桃、李、番茄和梨等多种水果。【结论】引起福建葡萄主产区炭疽病的病原为胶孢炭疽菌,该菌株可侵染‘红地球’葡萄及苹果、杧果、梨等多种水果,寄主范围较广泛。
