甜樱桃20个品种花粉粒形态扫描电镜观察Observation of pollen grains of twenty sweet cherry cultivars with scan-ning electron microscope

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】分析甜樱桃品种间花粉粒形态特征差异。【方法】利用JSM-T300型扫描电子显微镜对甜樱桃20个品种花粉粒进行了形态观察。【结果】甜樱桃花粉粒为超长球形或长球形,赤道面观长椭圆形或椭圆形,极面观为三裂圆形。极轴长36.70~50.98μm;赤道轴长20.58~25.26μm。具3萌发沟,等间距赤道分布,沟长达两极,属于N3P4C5型花粉。外壁纹饰为条纹状,品种间条纹走向、疏密程度、条纹间外壁形态存在明显差异。【结论】花粉粒的形态特征可以作为甜樱桃品种鉴别的重要依据。
