大棚栽培对枇杷果实品质和矿质元素吸收与积累的影响Effects of greenhouse cultivation on fruit quality and mineral nutrition in loquat fruit

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探究大棚设施栽培模式对枇杷果实品质和矿质元素含量的影响。【方法】以江苏省张家港市大棚和露地栽培的‘白玉’枇杷为研究对象,对其叶片、花和果实在不同发育阶段矿质元素含量和果实品质进行了测定与分析。【结果】(1)大棚栽培的‘白玉’枇杷果实的可滴定酸含量极显著低于露地栽培的果实,而其他果实品质指标含量均极显著高于露地栽培的枇杷果实相应品质指标。(2)在相同的管理水平和负载量,大棚栽培的枇杷叶片中的N、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn元素,花中的N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn元素和果实中的N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn元素含量均高于露地栽培中相应矿质元素的含量。(3)相关性分析结果表明,叶片中Ca、Zn含量和果实中Mg、Mn、Cu含量与枇杷单果质量和可溶性固形物含量呈显著或极显著正相关,与可滴定酸含量呈极显著负相关;叶片中Fe、Mn含量和果实中Fe含量与单果质量和可溶性固形物含量呈极显著负相关,与可滴定酸含量呈极显著正相关。【结论】大棚栽培条件能够显著提高枇杷果实品质,建议在大棚枇杷实际生产过程中,应该适当提高果园整体施肥量,同时可以采用增施叶面肥通过提高叶片中Ca、Zn含量和果实中Mg、Cu、Mn含量来改善果实品质。
