贵州野生柑橘的抗旱性及其活性氧代谢对干旱胁迫的响应Drought resistance and response of active oxygen metabolism of wild citrus seedlings of Guizhou under drought stress

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探索贵州野生不同种类柑橘的抗旱性及在干旱胁迫条件下叶片活性氧产生和清除机制。【方法】以3种野生柑橘和栽培上常用的枳为试材,进行不同降水量的长期干旱胁迫后,比较4个种类柑橘的抗旱性,及干旱胁迫下其超氧阴离子自由基(O2·、过氧化氢(H2O2)、丙二醛(MDA)及保护性酶活性的生理变化。【结果】在降水量低于1 200 mm(对照)条件下,随降水量的减少不同种类柑橘的生物量明显降低,细胞膜脂过氧化加重,O2·和H2O2积累迅速;叶片内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)随降水量的减少而活性升高,过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性在900mm降水量下有所升高,随后下降,且不同抗旱性的柑橘变化程度不同。【结论】4种柑橘的抗旱性顺序依次为:宜昌橙>枳>酸橙>白黎檬,抗旱性强的柑橘具有较强的抗氧化能力;O2·积累速率、H2O2含量、叶片MDA含量及保护性酶活性的变化幅度与不同种类柑橘的抗旱性密切相关。
