柑桔花期多胺类代谢及其对坐果的影响Polyamines Metabolism during Citrus Anthesis and Its Effects on Fruit Set

摘要(Abstract):
对30年生 Troyer 枳橙砧(Citrus sinensis×Poncirus trifoliata)华盛顿脐橙[Citrussinensis(L.)Osbeck]及20年生枳砧[Poncirus trifoliata(L.)Raf.]宫川温州蜜柑(Citrus unshiuMarc.)进行开花期游离多胺变化规律研究,并于露白期对结果枝局部喷施200mmol·1~(-1)尿素、100mmol·1~(-1)精氨酸及10mmol·1~(-1)的腐胺,以清水为对照。结果表明,花期以腐胺含量变化最为明显,盛花期达高峰。3种处理均较对照显著地提高了花朵组织的腐胺含量,并有效地提高了坐果率。
