中越金柑种质资源的ISSR分析Genetic relationship analysis of Fortunella germplasm resources from China and Vietnam by ISSR markers

摘要(Abstract):
为了更好地利用和创新金柑种质资源,用ISSR分子标记技术分析了25份来自中越金柑属种质资源与金弹变异系的亲缘关系及特异性。从100条引物中筛选出10条多态性好、扩增清晰的引物。结果显示,10条引物共扩增出120条带,其中102条具有多态性,多态性带比率为85%。用UPGMA软件进行聚类分析,25份金柑种质资源的遗传相似系数在0.48~0.99,在遗传系数为0.85水平处将25份供试资源划分为8类,对聚类结果进行分析。中越边境野生山桔资源可能为金柑属的新种类或变种。
