早熟大果型梨新品种——‘中梨4号’的选育A new early ripening and big-fruit pear cultivar —— 'Zhongli 4'

摘要(Abstract):
‘中梨4号’是以‘早美酥’为母本,‘七月酥’为父本杂交选育而成的早熟、大果型、优良梨新品种。该品种果实近圆形,平均单果质量300 g,最大果质量520 g,绿色,果点小而密,萼片残存,果心极小,果肉乳白色,肉质细脆,石细胞少,汁液多,可溶性固形物含量12.8%,总糖8.37%,可滴定酸0.12%,风味酸甜可口,品质上等。郑州地区7月10日果实成熟;货架期20 d,冷藏条件下可贮藏1~2个月。
