控释肥对苹果园土壤微生物碳源利用能力的影响Effects of controlled release fertilizer on microbial community function in apple orchard soil

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探明控释肥对果园土壤微生物功能的影响,为控释肥在果树上的应用提供理论依据。【方法】以两种养分含量不同的果树专用控释肥CRF1(20-10-15)、CRF3(19-7-19)为试材,设置不同控释肥、减氮控释肥(CRF2)、施用复合肥、不施肥等试验处理,综合利用氯仿熏蒸法和BIOLOG-ECO技术,检测土壤中微生物群落功能多样性的变化。【结果】控释肥对微生物利用碳源能力的影响与果树生育时期有关,果树专用控释肥CRF1与CRF2于果树生长的前期5月28日促进了微生物对碳源的利用,而果树专用控释肥CRF3于8月27日促进微生物对碳源的利用。微生物对不同种类碳源的利用能力随控释肥种类及果树生长时期的不同而有差异,CRF1、CRF2及CRF3处理在果树生长中后期利用最多的碳源依次为聚合物类、氨基酸类及胺类。【结论】与施用普通复合肥相比,施用控释肥可显著增加果园土壤微生物利用碳源的能力,碳水化合物及氨基酸类碳源的利用情况是区分控释肥处理对土壤微生物功能多样性影响的主要碳源。
