柿现代生物技术研究进展Advances in Research of Modern Biotechnology in Persimmon(Diospy-ros kaki L.)

摘要(Abstract):
综述了国内外柿现代生物技术研究进展,包括柿的休眠芽培养、茎尖培养、根段培养、茎段培养、叶片培养、花药培养、胚培养、原生质体培养和基因工程等内容。应用现代生物技术是柿品种改良的重要手段,并提出了柿现代生物技术存在的主要问题及今后的研究展望。
