生态因子对果实品质的影响

摘要(Abstract):
根据有关文献和作者研究,分析了果树果实品质的主要指标项及影响果实品质的直接和间接生态因子,概述了热、光、水、土、地形等主要生态因子对果实大小、形状、色泽、质地、风味及内含物、芳香等方面的生态效应的研究概况,提出了今后研究重点与方向.
