窄叶桃叶片秋季光合特性研究Study on photosynthetic characteristics in leaves of willow-leaf peach in autumn

摘要(Abstract):
为探明窄叶桃叶片秋季的光合作用规律,以油蟠桃品种金霞油蟠和水蜜桃品种湖景蜜露为对照,在果实采收后(8月下旬和9月下旬)研究了窄叶桃品系BYDOP7029叶片的光合特性。结果表明,BYDOP7029的水分利用效率(WUE)日均值相对较高,表观CO2利用效率(CUE)日均值显著高于金霞油蟠、湖景蜜露(P<0.05),蒸腾速率日积分值(DIV of Tr)较金霞油蟠低而表观光能利用效率(LUE)较湖景蜜露高(P<0.05),净光合速率日积分值(DIV of Pn)介于金霞油蟠和湖景蜜露且与2者具有显著性差异(P<0.05),光补偿点(LCP)较低而光饱和点(LSP)较高,表明BY-DOP7029具有较高的水分利用效能和光合效能,生态适应范围较宽。BYDOP7029的净光合速率(Pn)日变化在8月下旬和9月下旬分别表现"双峰型"和"单峰型",但午间Pn降低的原因均为非气孔限制。BYDOP7029的Pn与环境因子日变化的灰色关联分析表明,8月下旬和9月下旬影响其Pn的主要环境因子分别为大气CO2浓度(Ca)和光量子通量密度(PFD)。
