‘库尔勒香梨’杂交后代果实石细胞特性与遗传倾向研究Studies on the characteristics and genetic tendency of the stone cell in hybrid offspring of 'Kuerlexiangli' pear

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探讨以‘库尔勒香梨’为母本杂交后代的果实石细胞含量、大小、密度及其遗传表现,为梨杂交亲本的选配提供参考。【方法】采用冷冻法和植物解剖学方法,对‘库尔勒香梨’杂交后代果实石细胞性状和遗传倾向进行研究。【结果】‘库尔勒香梨’杂交后代果实石细胞含量差异较大,变化幅度为0.65~1.76 g·100 g-1,>0.25 mm石细胞含量占50.49%;杂交后代石细胞团直径为269.99μm,果实不同部位石细胞直径存在差异,近果皮、近果心部位石细胞直径果梗端>胴部>萼端;果梗端、萼端、胴部由近果心部至近果皮部石细胞直径均表现近果心>果肉>近果皮。杂交后代石细胞团密度平均18.18个/视野,近果皮>近果心>胴部‘。库尔勒香梨’杂交后代果实石细胞含量、大小和密度呈连续分布,为数量遗传,表现出增多的趋势,但石细胞密度有趋小性变异的组合‘。库尔勒香梨’杂交后代石细胞含量变异系数23.90%~47.69%,遗传传递力在150%以上;石细胞大小遗传传递力为142.16%;香梨杂交后代果实石细胞密度趋大组合遗传力为109.94%,趋小组合遗传力为79.98%。【结论】‘库尔勒香梨’杂交后代果实石细胞性状差异明显,较大石细胞含量较多,不同部位石细胞大小、密度不同,遗传变异为数量遗传,呈增多的趋势。
