茉莉酸甲酯对低温胁迫下香蕉幼苗的生理效应Effects of MeJA on cold tolerance of banana seedlings

摘要(Abstract):
以品种威廉斯香蕉幼苗为试验材料,叶面喷施0.0(CK)、0.2、0.5、1 mmol.L-1 4个浓度的茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA),然后进行低温胁迫,研究茉莉酸甲酯对香蕉幼苗耐寒性的影响效应。结果表明,茉莉酸甲酯可以提高香蕉幼苗在低温胁迫下POD活性、降低超氧阴离子的产生速率与细胞膜电解质外渗率,提高了叶片脯氨酸与可溶性糖含量,对提高香蕉幼苗的耐寒性有明显的促进作用。在实验的各个浓度处理中,以浓度为0.2 mmol.L-1的MeJA处理其诱导香蕉幼苗的抗寒效应最佳。
