桃果实非酸/酸性状AFLP标记的筛选Identification of AFLP Markers Linked to Non-acid/Acid Fruit Traits in Peach

摘要(Abstract):
桃果实的甜酸是影响其风味品质和经济价值的重要因素,也是育种中的重要选择目标。筛选与桃果实非酸/酸性状紧密连锁的分子标记,对于育种工作具有重要的实践和指导意义。试验以69株京玉、美味正反交F1代群体为试材,采用AFLP与BSA相结合的方法筛选与甜酸性状紧密连锁的分子标记。通过64对AFLP引物组合在两分离集群间的分析,结果表明,11对引物组合产生多态性。单株验证结果表明,只有2对引物组合E-TA/M-CTC、E-AT/M-CTA产生的多态性片段与果实酸性状连锁,片段大小约140、200 bp,连锁距离分别为1.47、2.99 cM。
