SO_2两段释放处理对红提葡萄贮藏品质的影响Effects of SO_2 dual release on the storage quality of Red Globe grape

摘要(Abstract):
以红提葡萄为试材,研究了以1/2张速释葡萄保鲜纸+12包控释葡萄保鲜片构成的SO2两段释放处理对(0±0.5)℃冷藏条件下果实生理和SO2伤害发生的影响。结果表明,贮藏180 d,与对照相比,SO2两段释放处理延缓了可滴定酸和维生素C的下降幅度,保持了葡萄的营养成分;延缓了膜透性的增加和丙二醛的生成,保持了细胞膜的完整性;降低了SO2伤害及其残留量,保证了葡萄的食用安全性和商品价值。
