80个梨品种SSR特征指纹数据表的构建Construction of SSR characteristic fingerprinting data table for 80 pear cultivars

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】通过鉴定80份梨种质资源SSR指纹数据,构建梨品种指纹图谱数库表,为实现梨种质资源鉴定及新品种DUS测试的可视化和简便化奠定数据基础。【方法】利用荧光标记技术检测SSR位点,并对SSR位点基因数目进行统计,SSR位点排序,并对供试品种进行排序区分和数据标示,构建了80个梨品种的特征指纹数据表。【结果】12对引物中,可利用NH039A、NH007b、NAUpy97a、NB105a、NB141b、NAUpy82r 6对引物区分所有供试品种,可作为区分这80个梨品种的核心引物。【结论】筛选出了区分供试80个梨品种的核心引物,为梨指纹图谱数据库的共建和共享提供了数据基础。
