多效唑在柑桔上作用机理的初步研究

摘要(Abstract):
植物生长延缓剂多效唑能明显抑制柑桔枝梢生长,促进成花,提高光合速率,降低呼吸速率和叶片气孔阻力值,而其效应能为GA_2所逆转。多效唑处理后柑桔叶芽中IAA水平下降,ZEA(玉米素)水平升高,花蕾中IAA、ZEA水平均下降。
