甜樱桃高密度连锁图谱的构建Construction of sweet cherry(Prunus avium) high density genetic linkage map

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】促进甜樱桃育种进程。【方法】利用968个SLAF标记、20个SSR标记和1个S基因标记,对甜樱桃‘8-102’和‘拉宾斯’的100个杂交后代作图。【结果】构建甜樱桃高密度遗传连锁图谱。该图谱945.96 c M,包含8个连锁群,平均标记间距0.96 c M。该遗传连锁图谱与其他李属遗传图谱之间具有良好的共线性。另外,S基因标记定位到第6连锁群的末端,和其他甜樱桃图谱的S基因定位极为相似。【结论】利用所构建的甜樱桃遗传连锁图谱,可以进行果实性状QTL定位及分子标记开发,加快甜樱桃育种进程。
