板栗新品种‘金优2号’的选育Breeding of a new Chinese chestnut variety 'Jinyou 2'(Castanea mollissima)

摘要(Abstract):
‘金优2号’为实生选优获得的板栗新品种,坚果棕红色,光亮美观,大果型,平均单粒质量17.68 g;果肉淡黄色,细糯香甜,鲜果含淀粉31.4%(ω,后同),总糖6.09%,蛋白质4.10%,脂肪1.26%,品质上等;果实成熟期9月中旬,耐贮藏,适宜加工,加工制罐和速冻栗仁的破碎率在7%以下;树体结果早,丰产稳产,抗逆性强。
