低温胁迫对甜樱桃一年生枝条的影响Resistance of different sweet cherry varieties to the cold stress

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探讨甜樱桃适生栽培区域的理论依据。【方法】对5个甜樱桃品种休眠期的1 a生枝条于-5℃,-10℃,-15℃,-20℃,-25℃,-30℃,-35℃,-40℃进行低温处理,对其电导率、SOD活性、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量进行测定,探讨其抗寒性及相关性。【结果】随着处理温度的降低,甜樱桃5个品种枝条的相对电导率呈S曲线变化,丙二醛含量、SOD酶活性、可溶性蛋白及脯氨酸含量呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;通过半致死温度的计算和综合评价,甜樱桃5个品种中‘龙冠’抗寒性较强,‘红灯’抗寒性较差。【结论】5个品种抗寒性为:‘龙冠’>‘拉宾斯’>‘先锋’>‘莫莉’>‘红灯’。
