桃果实中花青苷的提取、检测及应用A Method for Extracting and Determining Anthocyanin From Peach Fruit and Its Application

摘要(Abstract):
采用0.05%盐酸-甲醇提取液4℃浸取组织24h,可以高效提取桃果实果皮中的花青苷,方法回收率可达94.37%;采用梯度洗脱HPLC法,可以对花青苷进行定性、定量分析,该体系检测限(S/N=3)为0.2μg/g,RSD(n=5)为2.94%,峰面积与浓度在0.0625~0.2500mg/mL范围内线性关系达到极显著水平(r=0.997)。方法简便易行,可用于桃果实等材料的花青苷水平变化分析。
