温室弱光条件下樱桃砧木幼苗移栽到自然光下的光合和荧光特性研究Studies on characteristics of photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence of sweet cherry rootstock seedlings transplanted from lowlight-grown in greenhouse to sunlight

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】探明由温室弱光转换为自然光的过程中对樱桃砧木幼苗的光合和荧光特性的影响,为樱桃砧木幼苗移栽提供理论依据。【方法】以甜樱桃矮化砧木‘吉塞拉6号’(Prunus cerasus×P.canescens)扦插苗为试材,分别进行自然光强处理(1 500μmol·m-2·s-1),弱光处理(500μmol·m-2·s-1)和转换光处理(光强由500μmol·m-2·s-1转换到1 500μmol·m-2·s-1),然后利用CIRAS-2便携式光合作用测定系统和连续激发式荧光仪Handy PEA测定3种光环境下光合参数和叶绿素荧光快速诱导动力学曲线的变化。【结果】幼苗由弱光转换到自然光的过程中,叶片叶绿素含量显著高于自然光下生长的叶片,特别是叶绿素b的含量与弱光下生长的叶片相似;叶绿素a/b比值介于弱光和自然光处理之间,三者差异不显著;类胡萝卜素含量显著提高。转换光处理7 d后,叶片的光合参数Pn、Cs、LCP、Amax、CSP、T、CE、Jmax和AQY介于自然光和弱光之间。转换光处理叶片荧光参数ψP0、RC/CSo和PIABS显著降低;Wk、Vj和ψ0变化不显著;DI0/RC显著升高。【结论】幼苗由弱光转换到自然光处理7 d后,幼苗虽然通过改变光合色素的含量和比例、光合结构及启动了热耗散的光保护机制,但是PSⅡ反应中心受损,光抑制没有消除,光合能力没有达到自然光下的水平。
