利用IRAP技术揭示部分柿属种间遗传关系Genetic relationships of some Diospyros spp. based on IRAP analysis

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】为了明晰柿属植物种间亲缘关系和探究逆转座子与该属植物倍性进化的相关性,【方法】以16种24份柿属植物为试材,利用IRAP(Inter-Retrotransposon Amplified Polymorphism)技术和UPGMA聚类分析。【结果】采自我国南热带的供试基因型独自成组,与其采集地域相吻合,反映了它们较古老的分类学地位;采自我国北亚热带和温带的基因型独立于南亚热带基因型组,含丰富的染色体倍性,且相互间混聚在一起,无明显地域趋同性,反映了该区域基因型间广泛的基因交流和适应性进化;从UPGMA聚类图反映的不同区域柿属基因型间的相对位置来看,逆转座子活性与其倍性进化及生态适应性间存在明显的相关性。【结论】采自我国南亚热带的柿属植物可能更加古老;逆转座子在柿属种间倍性进化过程中可能发挥了一定的作用。
