凤仙透骨草提取液复合涂膜对‘新余蜜橘’常温保鲜效果的影响Effect of edible compound coating enriched with aqueous extract of jewelweed stems on postharvest fruit quality and physiology of ‘Xinyu tangerine' under ambient temperature storage

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】延长‘新余蜜橘’的常温贮藏期。【方法】采用中药材凤仙透骨草乙醇提取液复配羧甲基纤维素、蔗糖酯、柠檬酸及丙酸钙制成复合可食性涂膜,考察复合涂膜处理对‘新余蜜橘’果实保鲜效果及采后生理生化变化的影响。【结果】与对照相比,复合涂膜可以明显降低‘新余蜜橘’果实贮藏期间病害指数和失重率,延缓可溶性固形物、可滴定酸及维生素C含量的下降,对总糖的含量影响不显著;有效抑制果实呼吸强度和MDA的升高,复合涂膜处理还能保持果实较高的SOD、CAT、POD活性。与CMC涂膜处理相比,复合涂膜处理可显著降低果实的腐烂率,对果实品质无不良影响,在贮藏后期提高CHT和PAL的活性,GUN活性差异不显著。【结论】凤仙透骨草提取液复合涂膜用于‘新余蜜橘’的保鲜切实可行。
