果树芽再生研究进展Advances in researches on bud regeneration in fruit crops

摘要(Abstract):
芽再生在植物组培快繁、遗传转化及诱变育种等研究中应用广泛。笔者在本课题组20多年从事枣组培和芽再生研究的基础上,综述了影响果树芽再生的主要因素,包括基因型、外植体类型、生长调节剂种类及配比、光照条件、基本培养基类型、氮源、碳源、AgNO_3和干化处理等,提出了果树芽再生存在的主要问题和对策措施、前景展望,以期为提高果树芽再生效率提供参考。
