不同柑橘种质资源对橘全爪螨抗性评价Evaluation of resistance of citrus rootstock germplasm to citrus red mite,Panonychus citri(Acari: Tetranychidae)

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】评价不同柑橘种质资源对橘全爪螨的抗性,为柑橘抗螨育种提供资源和依据。【方法】在室内采用离体叶片饲养,研究了16个柑橘砧木类型对橘全爪螨生长、发育及种群参数的影响。【结果】结果表明,不同种质资源对橘全爪螨发育历期、存活率及种群参数具有显著影响。橘全爪螨取食‘朱砂柑’、‘野生金豆1号’、‘旺长金豆’、佛手等砧木叶片后的净增殖力分别为:0、2.216 7、2.273 6、4.888 3;而取食‘宜昌橙1号’、‘2号元橘’和‘枳柚变异’等砧木叶片后的净增值率分别为:31.666 7、32.958 3、41.956 7和53.494 7。【结论】表明‘朱砂柑’对橘全爪螨具有绝对抗性,‘野生金豆1号’和‘旺长金豆’具有较强的抗性,而‘2号元橘’和‘枳柚变异’抗性最弱。
