‘锦绣’桃果实25℃贮藏的硬度与色泽变化及相关性分析Changes in firmness,color and correlation analysis of‘Jinxiu'peach fruit during storage at 25 ℃

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】明确桃果实25℃贮藏的主要贮藏品质变化。【方法】2012年与2013年供试‘锦绣’黄桃树体分别施用常规化肥及15、20与30袋控缓释肥,研究2个年度4种施肥处理桃果实25℃贮藏0 d、4 d和8 d的采后变化。【结果】供试果实25℃贮藏过程中,果肉硬度呈下降趋势,果皮与果肉的A*值呈上升趋势,果皮与果肉的L*值、B*值和Chroma(C*)值的变化较小。4种施肥处理果实的采收品质和25℃耐贮性没有明显区别。【结论】‘锦绣’黄桃25℃贮藏过程中,果皮和果肉的A*值与果肉硬度显著负相关。
