山东地区不同苹果全爪螨种群对4种杀螨剂的抗药性检测Resistance monitoring of different Panonychus ulmi populations to four acaricides in Shandong Province

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】为明确山东省主要苹果产区苹果全爪螨的抗药性现状,指导对其进行田间药剂防治,【方法】采用玻片浸渍法测定了山东省11地区苹果全爪螨田间种群对4种常用杀螨剂的抗药性。【结果】结果表明,费县种群对4种杀螨剂的LC50均最低,因此视为相对敏感种群;另外10个苹果全爪螨田间种群中,蓬莱种群对阿维菌素的LC50最高,为0.969 5 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为34.14倍;平度种群对哒螨灵的LC50最高,为270.332 7 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为52.76倍;荣成种群对三唑锡的LC50最高,为61.866 8 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为48.41倍;文登种群对炔螨特的LC50最高,为56.854 8 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为6.42倍。【结论】不同地区苹果全爪螨田间种群对药剂的抗性存在差异,应根据当地的抗性水平有针对性地进行抗性治理,以避免或延缓苹果全爪螨对杀螨剂产生抗药性。
