苯醚甲环唑对苹果树腐烂病菌菌丝形态和超微结构的影响Effects of difenoconazole on the mycelial morphology and ultrastructure of Valsa mali

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】明确三唑类杀菌剂苯醚甲环唑(difenoconazole)对苹果树腐烂病菌(Valsa mali)的作用机制,为该药剂的田间使用提供理论依据。【方法】利用电子显微镜技术观察受到杀菌剂处理的苹果树腐烂病菌菌丝形态和细胞结构的变化。【结果】与正常生长的病菌菌丝相比,经杀菌剂处理后的菌丝形态出现了明显的变化,主要表现为菌丝顶端膨大、增粗,分枝增多,局部肿大,细胞壁破裂,原生质外渗等;进一步的菌丝细胞结构观察发现,药剂处理可引起细胞壁、隔膜不规则增厚,线粒体数量增多、肿胀、膜增厚畸形,细胞核数量增多,核仁弥散,细胞严重液泡化,甚至原生质外渗坏死等。此外,在坏死菌丝细胞内还观察到结构异常的子菌丝以及坏死菌丝细胞壁完全降解的现象。【结论】苯醚甲环唑可能通过影响苹果树腐烂病菌菌丝细胞壁的形态,进而影响其结构和整个细胞的正常生长,导致菌丝畸形及细胞坏死。
