20份葡萄种质亲缘关系的SSR分析Analysis of genetic relationship among 20 Vitis germplasm resources by SSR markers

摘要(Abstract)：
利用SSR标记对20份葡萄材料进行了基因组多态性分析,从245对引物中筛选出19对用于葡萄的SSR扩增。共扩增出144条带,均为多态性条带,多态性百分率为100%。根据SSR扩增结果,利用NTSYSpc2.10e软件进行Jaccard相似性系数分析,20份葡萄材料的遗传相似系数为0.630～0.900,平均遗传相似系数为0.765。通过UPG-MA进行聚类分析,在遗传相似系数0.665处,20份葡萄材料可分为4大类群。第1类包含欧洲葡萄、美洲种群的种间杂种和欧美杂种;第2类包含我国南方野生资源刺葡萄、毛葡萄、复叶葡萄、菱状叶葡萄、蘡薁葡萄和华东葡萄;第3类为山欧杂种;第4类为山葡萄。山葡萄与欧亚种、美洲杂种的亲缘关系较远,欧亚种与美洲种之间亲缘关系较近。
