中华猕猴桃叶果营养元素动态及其相关性Dynamics of mineral elements in leaf and fruit of Actinidia chinensis and correlation analysis

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】了解江苏丘陵地区猕猴桃树体营养状况和果实膨大规律及其相关性,为该地区猕猴桃平衡施肥提供理论依据,实现丰产优质栽培的目的。【方法】以不同生长期内‘红阳’猕猴桃为材料,基于硝酸-盐酸-高氯酸消煮萘-ICP法测定叶片和果实中元素P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn和B的含量,硫酸-双氧水消煮-萘氏比色法测定元素N含量。采用游标卡尺测定果实纵横径变化。【结果】在‘红阳’猕猴桃生长期内,元素Ca、P、Mg、Zn、Mn、B、Cu在叶片中含量呈上升趋势,在果实中为下降趋势;元素N和Fe在果实和叶片中含量为波状变化但总体上为下降趋势;仅元素K果实含量高于叶片含量。‘红阳’猕猴桃果实在5-6月份为快速膨大期,其后稳定缓慢增大直至成熟。叶片内部、果实内部、叶片-果实间矿质元素含量以及果实膨大-叶片果实矿质元素含量存在普遍的显著相关性。【结论】掌握江苏丘陵地区猕猴桃发育期矿质元素动态需求的变化趋势,结合元素间的拮抗和协同关系以及果实膨大与矿质元素间的相关性合理施肥,达到丰产优质栽培的目的。
