椪柑雌配子体发育与授粉过程观察Observations on the Development of Female Gametophyte and the Process of Pollination of Ponkan

摘要(Abstract)：
对椪柑的雌配子体发育及授粉过程进行了观察,结果表明:雌配子体子房上位,通常9—10室,每室多个胚珠,中轴胎座;胚珠倒生,珠心厚,双珠被,大孢子四分体纵向排列在珠心组织中,合点端的大孢子具有功能;胚囊发育属蓼型。湿型柱头,开放型花柱。授粉后1d,花粉管长入柱头,3d抵达花柱中部,5d抵达花柱基部,7d进入于房腔或胚囊。
