梨品种资源抗炭疽病鉴定与筛选The anthracnose-resistance identification and screening of pear cultivar resourses

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】初步建立梨品种资源炭疽病抗性离体鉴定体系并筛选出抗病品种资源。【方法】利用培养4 d的炭疽病PDA菌饼接种于刺破的叶片和果皮上,保湿并放于28℃培养箱培养4 d,测量病斑直径以区分抗病性。【结果】对121份梨品种资源的叶片和123份梨品种资源的果实进行抗病性鉴定,结果表明不同梨品种间抗性差异较大。在叶片上,筛选出抗性品种2个,占比1.65%;中抗品种35个,占比28.93%;中感品种40个,占比33.06%;感品种44个,占比36.36%。其中‘金川野生梨2号’‘火把梨’‘甘谷香水’‘红霄-1’‘天堂’等品种抗病性较强。在果实上,筛选出抗性品种1个,占比0.81%;中抗品种24个,占比19.51%;中感品种50个,占比40.65%;感品种48个,占比39.03%。其中‘杭青’‘桂冠’‘今村秋’‘崇化大梨’‘绿云’等品种抗病性较强。【结论】不同栽培品种的抗病性研究表明属于抗性级别的品种都来自砂梨,因此在炭疽病抗性资源的筛选中,可以将砂梨品种作为重点筛选对象。
