粉红聚端孢引起的杧果新病害研究A new disease in mango caused by Trichothecium roseum

摘要(Abstract):
于2009年在云南发现一种杧果新病害,搞清其病原菌与生物学特性,有利于进一步研究该病害的发生规律和防治措施。通过常规鉴定和rDNA-ITS序列克隆鉴定明确了该病的病原菌为粉红聚端孢(Trichothecium rose-um),并将该病害命名为杧果粉红聚端孢叶斑病。生物学特性研究结果表明,菌丝营养生长的最适温度为24℃;最适pH为8.0;光照处理有利于菌丝生长;碳、氮源利用分别以D-甘露糖和牛肉浸膏表现最好。该菌寄主范围广,人工刺伤接种活体叶片结果表明,该病原菌能侵染杨桃、芦荟、剑麻、橡胶、香蕉、番石榴、木薯和荔枝等常见热带植物。
