29个梨品种SSR特征指纹数据表的构建Construction of SSR characteristic fingerprinting data table for 29 pear cultivars

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】为便于果树种质区分鉴定,资源交换、管理和利用,新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性(DUS)测试,以29个梨品种SSR指纹数据作为基础数据,演示了一种二倍体果树品种SSR特征指纹数据表的构建方法。【方法】经过SSR位点基因型数目统计,SSR位点排序,供试品种排序区分和数据标示,表格优化等数据整合处理步骤,构建了29个梨品种SSR特征指纹数据表。【结果】12对SSR引物中,CH04h02和NAUpy65d 2对引物能将供试的29个梨品种全部区分开,可作为鉴定这29个梨品种时的核心引物加以利用。【结论】该方法简便易行,特征指纹数据表数据信息展示全面直观,品种区分关系一目了然,便于交流共享和指纹图谱数据库共建。
