苯醚甲环唑与异菌脲复配对石榴干腐病菌的联合毒力及贮藏期控制作用Joint-toxicity and storage control efficacy of difenoconazole-iprodione mixtures against Coniella granati

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】明确苯醚甲环唑与异菌脲复配后对石榴干腐病菌Coniella granati的控制效果。【方法】利用生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定了苯醚甲环唑、异菌脲及其不同配比的混合物对该病菌的毒力,采用Wadley法评价其联合毒力,同时通过石榴贮藏期药剂对比试验评价了最优增效组合对石榴干腐病菌的防治效果和保鲜作用并对其增效机制进行了初步探索。【结果】苯醚甲环唑与异菌脲按质量比1∶2、1∶3和1∶4配成的混合物对菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发均表现为增效作用,其中以质量比1∶3的组合增效最明显,增效系数(SR)分别为3.979 3和3.350 9;在石榴贮藏期药剂对比试验中,质量比1∶3的混合物对石榴干腐病菌的控制作用最佳,其防效显著地高于同剂量的单剂以及其他常规药剂,且具有一定的持效性,贮藏120 d时其防效仍为71.53%;同时该增效组合(1∶3)的保鲜效果最好,石榴在该处理下贮藏120 d时,失重率为3.84%,果皮褐变指数为0.35,籽粒可溶性固形物含量和总酸含量分别为14.15%和0.43%,与对照间差异均达显著水平,但该组合的各供试浓度间差异不显著。此外,质量比1∶3的混合物(增效组合)对石榴干腐病菌菌丝细胞膜透性的作用也显著地高于各单剂。【结论】苯醚甲环唑与异菌脲按质量比1∶3配成的混合物可作为控制贮藏期石榴干腐病的保鲜药剂,推荐使用质量浓度为100 mg·L(-1)。
