‘库尔勒香梨’根系分布特征研究Studies on characteristics of root distribution of ‘Korla's Xiangli’

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】为探讨‘库尔勒香梨’的根系分布特征,【方法】以25 a生‘库尔勒香梨’为试材,采用挖掘剖面方块取根法,利用植物图像分析系统和烘干称重法,对不同土层的总根系生物量、细根(d<10 mm)生物量、吸收根(d<2 mm)根长密度与表面积进行了详细分析。【结果】结果表明,根系生物量、吸收根根长密度和表面积都表现为距树干水平分布递减,垂直分布分层的特点;最大总根和细根生物量分布在距离树干0~0.5 m,垂直0.6~0.7 m深度土层内;最大吸收根根长密度和表面积分布在距离树干0.5~1.0 m,垂直0.5~0.6 m深度土层内。【结论】距离树干0~2.5 m,深0~0.7 m深度的土层是‘库尔勒香梨’根系生物量和吸收根分布的主要区域,树冠下距树干约2.0~2.5 m,深0.4~0.7 m的土层应作为肥水管理的重点区域。
